That’s funny fake why? Because the man/woman whom paid good money for “their” watch not mine or yours decided to make it the way they wanted!

I say to each their own, the snobbish attitude around Rolex make them unfun at times.

Im relatively new here, but im sure there are others capable of such mods but the one I am familiar with is Jocke. None of the posters above would buy a watch from Jocke that has had a small adjustment to the date wheel or hands?
I would trust that guy with any timepiece.
It is because of Jocke that I now have my eyes on an older YM/PP from his red date wheel mod thread. That just sets the watch off to another level for me. Again, not all mods will appeal to all people.
I agree the issue is people think working on a Watch is like brain surgery, nothing could be further from the truth. It’s a compilation of gears and springs to do a job not brain surgery, as long as watch was worked on in a proper manner and waterproofed to proper depth, the thing is as good as new. More than just RSC can work on these things I love my Rolex’s but the brand really needs to get past its self it’s a watch for Christ sake.
I replaced my date wheel and seconds hand on the DSSD “to the red ones also” now the problem there is waterproof this baby back to factory depth not going to happen except at factory so I tested it to 20atm it’s max for my tester and all is fine no reason though it should be as new. The back was re torqued properly so I’m thinking depth should be like factory because nothing changed.

But that’s just my opinion and I could be wrong?

Happy Holidays guys

There's not enough information to draw any conclusions about the watch, other than to note that the seconds hand is not original.
