Need help with 1655 dial on ebay

Hello guys. I need some help identifying a fake 1655 dial.
I just won a 1655 dial on ebay and made the payment. About 30mins after the payment one of my friend told me that the dial seems to be a fake one.
Seller posted that it wasan original stern dial. After knowing this I contacted the seller rightaway and told him This is a fake and I do not want to pay for a fake dial. However this guy is keep insisting that the dial is original.
Since I know that there are lots of experts here, I would be greatful it you guys can help me identify this dial.
What do you guys think about this dial?
Please help me out! Thank you!

Fake

There was a reason that there were only couple of bidders and the price was so low...

This one is so badly printed (loot at the plot at the 3 o'clock)

Maybe seller was trying to pull some trickery with his wording in the listing, like the dial plate itself is original, but it has clearly been refinished

I saw that eBay listing too and the seller made no attempts to mention that the dial is fake or refinished. Therefore, it's not exactly 'original' as stated by the seller.

This is a fake or refinished dial because of the following points:
1. the lume plot at 3 o'clock runs into the date window/aperture
2. based on the feet of the 'R' in 'ROLEX', the dial should look like a mk6 but the rest of the other font typography is inconsistent and irregular to a mk6
3. the the feet of the 'R' in 'ROLEX' is terrible and it's a common indicator for fake dials / refinished dial
4. and... many other typography / font problems... etc etc

Yes it is very clear that the seller wanted to trick me..
Even if the plate is legit the dial still is fake...
But he wrote that it is an original dial
And never mentioned anything about refinishing..
I am taking this to a formal claim
Thank you very much for your help

Thank you very much for your kind explanation.
Now it seems even more clear that the dial is fake!
The lume plot... that is so obvious..
The seller does not admit that this is fake..
I guess I have to file a report or something.
