A few years back I bought this Tudor 79090 off EBay. I spoke with the seller on the phone and ask if he had a buy it now price. He said $1,100.00. I told him it was worth twice that much. His response was he had bought it new in 1990 and and had paid $500.00 and had not worn it for years. If he could double his money he was happy

I did feel guilty
Saw the seller at a boot fair today he had around £300 in silver coins (scrap price) some had value as coins
he asked me to make an offer I said £400 which he was very pleased with
I did leave him my phone number so if he gets any more coins or watches hopefully he will ring me
