My first question
Hello I am Marco and write from Rome Italy , I like japanise watch and especially my rolex date Just that my daddy gave me about 30 years ago. It was made in Early 80s years , in these years it will have worked totally no more than 100 days and actually it anticipates around 25 seconds per day , will a revision be necessary or not?

Yes, the watch should be serviced, regardless of use. The lubricating oils dry up and degrade over time.
