GO Items Arrived

Today I received the following in the mail from GO:

1/ Letter.

2/ New products brochure.

3/ Current issue of their magazine.

4/ DVD with 2 films (one about 9 minutes long and the other 33 showing details of the factory).

Pretty nice considering I requested this material just over a week ago.

Cudos to GO for taking care of those who are fans of the brand!

Could not agree more Al, IMO there are quite a few of the so called high end brands are lacking in the customer service department.Service in general today now in the UK, has a lot to be desired

I highly recommend that anyone who is interested in seeing how fine watches are made order the DVD. I watched it last night and it was great.

One film went into quite a bit of detail in the factory. It was very interesting to watch.

I got my package too and after a week another package arrived with a gorgeous book called Opus. This is their catalogue and I checked the postage on it: 14 Euros! The movements are stunning!
