Any Harm to Reset the Watch Frequently? (movement 3126/3840)

Since I am not a daily wearer of my ROO "Vampire", and also not plan to get any watch winder (it's no reason to keep watch running while not wearing it).
I wonder to know if letting the watch stop for few days then take it out to reset it for wearing, lets say twice a week of time/date reset. Is resetting the date/time frequently harmful to the movement?
Or I just need to hand winding the watch every morning to keep the watch running?

Don't think it will spoil that easily. Just be sure to be gentle when pulling the crown and winding it up if you are afraid.

Have had multiple automatic watches and so far none have spoiled from winding it. I expect APs should be the same.

All high end watches build to last for decades, don't worry about that.

No issue. Just be gentle pulling out the stem.

As above - won’t cause harm. It’s what it’s designed for.
