About five days into ownership and I’m absolutely loving it. So far it hasn’t left my wrist. The weight is no longer noticeable — except when I am looking for it (I.e. when I want to appreciate the beauty and gravity of the watch).

I’ve already gotten multiple compliments on the stunning color combination. The ice blue dial and the chestnut brown bezel really dance together in harmony. In my eyes, the colors give the watch a brighter and cheerier overall complexion than the stark black seriousness of the white / black ceramic SS references.

And the baguette diamonds are beautiful, yet subtle. It’s a perfect level of discreet class & masculinity. They actually blend in so evenly with the dial that they’re almost unnoticeable at first glance, unless the glint in the light happens to catch your eye.

I’d feel safe enough to wear it daily in Dubai... possibly the safest I’ve felt anywhere on the planet.

Obviously congrats. And if I was in your situation, I'd be moving on to other brands. I'd start with the PP 5131G and end with a PP, unless the watch was in for hard duty. The Platona with diamond baguettes is my favorite Rolex.
