Aftermarket Rolex bracelet - 18K Submariner

The seller properly identifies the bracelet as aftermarket but it is marked with the Rolex Logo. This is Trademark infringement!

The wrong assumption that you can sell fakes if you say it is a fake is of course, a slippery slope. Illegal. BAd news.
