One other thing I noticed lately is that once you hit age 80+, you may find yourself in a facility where you live with others and it’s not possible to keep and enjoy expensive jewelry. Some of the grandparents have had to surrender high end items to avoid them being lost or stolen. Sometimes memory fails and it’s not possible to continue to enjoy things like our watches. So, I am a firm believer in enjoying what we can, now (doing so in a responsible fashion for all our life commitments). There is no guarantee of tomorrow. “Enjoy your time” is right!🤙. Great reminder.
