Incoming! DJ41 Wimbledon

My first incoming straight from the AD! Iíve been in the market for a DateJust for a while but couldnít decide between oyster or jubilee, domed or fluted, 36 or 41. Went by my local AD and tried on the 35 but too small for my taste. They had on display an Oyster/Fluted Wimbledon and Jubilee/Fluted white Roman numerals dial. I said man if only you had the Wimbledon but on Jubilee. About 2 minutes later he walks out with the coffin and a grin.

I have to say, pictures donít do this watch any justice. The way the light hits the sunburst dark rhodium dial, fluted bezel and jubilee is incredible.

I also never thought having my name on the card was a big deal but I stand corrected. This feels like my watch more than ones before from trusted sellers.

Celebrated with a night of fine dining with my wife!

I picked one of these up a week or so ago and love it. I actually think overall it’s one of the nicest looking Rolexes available today.

I decided not to sell mine, I really do love it. It is an unusual piece with the dial, Roman markers and bracelet.
Mine says hello to yours!

Lovely DJ, you're making me want a jubilee and fluted bezel again, just when I had convinced myself that a plain SS version was for me

I never realized the reason baton marker at nine until someone just pointed it out. Can't understand how I don't notice or before. Now it's all I see.
