A most excellent give away! I'm familiar with only a few fine writing instruments (I own a Mont Blanc Diplomat) but learned about this pen company on this forum. They are very nice. Congrats to the winner!

Thanks Steve for opening this up...
Neo Standard Black-Red Medium Nib with Cursive Italic modification. I really like the larger dimensions of the Neo Standard design. The black-red will age beautifully as the red becomes more visible over time. Medium nib as Nakaya nibs are much finer than most other manufacturers.

The giveaway is only for the 'standard range' Nakaya pens (of which there is still a heck of a lot) which are really great quality pens.

2.Med. .44mm soft flexible nib with gold plating. The pen is short, but will accommodate my large hand. I like the flexible for diversity in style of writing, since my drafting skills will allow me to very the pressure when writing. In short, it's a beautifully styled pen! |

Nakaya Piccolo Black Hairline Finish Fountain Pen w/ clip
Medium Nib Ruthenium Clip & Nib This one is understated (and elegant) which I prefer. It is also small enough to (ideally) take with me during presentations. |

a) Standard Writer (w/clip) Juro-Tamenuri
b)Medium Nib Two Tone c)None d)I do enjoy fountain pens but do not own a quality pen yet. Nakaya Pens fit that bill, and as far as the color, blackish red, you cant go wrong. I chose the medium nib because I have been looking for more of a finer nib, and these run smaller than their size.

Steve,
Thanks for the opportunity to receive such a beautiful writing instrument. I recently visited the nibs.com website and WOW! . . . I feel as though there are many other members who would enjoy this more than I (so I'll sit this one out). Best of luck to the winner & looking forward to the pics!
