Made the call

Traded in the Daytona for these beauties, I regret nothing! Highly recommend Pat OC Watch Guy, this is the 4th flawless transaction

Wow, nice pick up!

I was fortunate enough to where I was able to pick up both of these exact same pieces from my AD this year. I'm also fortunate to still have my SS white dial Daytona to rotate with these beauties.

1 piece for 2 highly sought after pieces is a bargain. Wear them in good health!

Congrats! I saw your other post and was undecided on what you should do. But, seeing these two great pieces doesn't make it seem like a bad trade at all - especially if you'll get more enjoyment out of these.

Definitely, now I’ve got the GMT for work and Sub for weekends. I never used to wear Daytona other than work, just felt too dressy

And nor should you regret anything .. you’ve got two watches instead of one .. and if you decide to opt for another Daytona the option is always there ..
FWIW - both your new watches are lovely , I have first Starbucks , but not Batman .. batgirl .. you know what I mean , and both different but equal too .. great choice

It does look that way, but if you look closely, it's 2 pictures stacked on top of each other making it look like the watch boxes are sitting on a desk while he's wearing another BLNR.

The new sub is the MK2 , slightly lighter green. Does this make it a Kermit and the Starbucks is MK2? Love the one I got but not sure on its nickname

I honestly don't have any clue. I haven't seen both MK versions together in person, so I can't really tell the difference. I know some have referred to this latest reference 126610LV as the "Cermit" because the 50th Anniversary was actually called the "Kermit," which had the aluminum bezel insert. Either way, "Cermit", "Kermit", "Starbucks," I love mine.

I've actually been wearing the "Starbucks" all day today and wore the "Batgirl" yesterday.

The watch Gods have been good to me this year...

OP, as long as you are happy, that’s all that matters. Any of us who is lucky enough to have more than one brand new Rolex is very fortunate. You’ve got two beautiful watches there.
