If you are under warranty or want Rolex to service it, then visit any AD service center (per the Rolex website: Tourneau, Kerns, Davidson & Licht, Heller), or mail directly to RSC LA/Dallas/NY.

If 3rd party, Giovanni is the best.

Not SF specific, but I’d recommend to check out this thread. I just visited an authorized service center. I see a lot of benefits vs an independent

There is no longer an authorize service center in SF. Rolex USA pulled it from Giovanni a number of years ago.

If you want it serviced by Rolex, the Bay Area AD would need to ship it to NY, Dallas, LA, et. al.

I went to Giovanni YEARS ago, when I had the 5 digit Bluesy and he did great job..
but if I had to have it serviced, I would have the AD send it to RSC...my 2 cents
