Daily Wear & Tear

I've had my 15400 for about two years now and went through a phase where I wore it almost daily for a significant period of time. From this, it has some pretty good battle scars (a bunch of scratches on the bracelet, a few on the bezel, and one good ding on the case from an office door).

I'm curious, how many of you wear your AP either daily or in heavy rotation and, for those that do, what does it look like now? After looking through some of the WRUW threads on here, so many still look pristine and I'm wondering if it's just the angle and lighting of the pictures, if many of them only come out of the case occasionally, or if I'm truly just that bad with mine.

Daily Wear & Tear

I’ve worn my 15450 every single day since I got it in mid July last year (~260 days). It’s got a couple of scratches on the bracelet, but nothing too crazy imo. The case itself and the bezel look like they have nothing on them to me. I think there’s a tiny imperfection in one corner of the bezel where the top brushing and the polishing meet, but it’s really hard to tell.

I’ve had my 15400 since last Sept and already seeing two nicks on the bezel from hitting jacket zippers and scratches on the bracelet (interior side).

I've had my 15400 since Dec. I wear it almost every day (I'm office based), unless I'm swimming, gyming or taking the kids to the park. So far no scratches or dings but I am consciously very careful, as opposed to when I am wearing any other watch in my collection!

Wear my diver daily. Was very cautious for the first few months but now almost 18 months on with it, I don’t really think about it too much and it’s holding up very well to daily usage.

Some scratches on the case, bezel and buckle plus one ding on the bezel from hitting it with a padlock. That’s the one advantage at least of steel over CE for bezels. You get scratches yes, but a higher resistance against impacts.

I think at this stage, the only scratches that would bug me, would be on the sapphire.
