Help identifying a 1680 dial

So I am not a 1680 guy, prefer the 5513's and am having a hard time identifying this dial. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As a side note .... something's up with the tritium/lume on that dial. No bueno.

Type C service dial IMO.

It has the Swiss t at bottom. It is my underwear that service dials only had swiss.

« Swiss » does not always mean service dial and service dial does not always mean it will be written « Swiss »

It’s discolored/damaged. Shouldn’t look like that. Perhaps moisture. It’s not just age/patina.
