Omega Seamaster at HUGE Discount

Hello guys, I’m hardly ever on the Omega forum, but I stopped by the Omega AD today to check out a Speedmaster (will start another thread about that later).

The sales guy, who has treated me well in the past with other non-watch related jewelry, showed me this Omega Seamaster.

I don’t know much about it, but he said it is on clearance and he could sell it to me for $2800 instead of the $5000 or so that it usually goes for.

Watch is BRAND NEW from an AD.

Anyway, I am not interested in the watch, as it is too similar to my Datejust, but if you are interested, send me a PM and I will share the sales guy information and all so you can try to score this watch.

Again, I’m not sure if it’s a good deal or not, but it seemed like it, that’s why I’m sharing.

This isn’t unusual for past models. You can can similar discounts on the previous Seamaster 300.

Seems like a pretty good deal. I prefer the vertical lines on the dial as well.

That's a great alternative to a DJ at a grey dealer price. I do have a slate gray DJ41, if not I'd seriously check that one out. I tried buying a Seamaster 300 at an Omega AD but had to go on the secondary market for a huge savings.

That’s the reason that I didn’t look more into it myself, because I have a rhodium dial Datejust 36.

Past model could just be NOS. If you like it, it’s a good buy

I like that one, although I prefer the blue dial.

That's the previous generation Aquaterra but it's a nice watch and that's a good price. If you like it I'd recommend purchasing it.

Great deal. Previous gen AT, but I like that one most. Date window with metal frame (they dropped it on newer models) balances dial nicely. And the cal 8500 movement is great and really accurate. My AT is constant +1s/day.
