Am I crazy to want a Speedmaster Mark II?

For some reason I would like to add a Speedmaster Mark II, am I crazy?

I love that watch, especially the racing dial. I’d recommend trying it on first though, it felt like a brick on my wrist.

My Mark II was the second watch I bought, 6 years ago. I now have many more, and yet, it still is one of my favorite and most unique pieces. I just love the straight forward retro inspiration with no gimmicks.

I have been on the fence with this model and have tried it on several times at a local AD. I like the retro design and the colors and dial but just can not pull the trigger.
