Don’t know whether to be happy or upset... my t-stamp is crooked

I thought it was the case when I picked it up. One of my AD’s mentioned it... but RM AD said. Then it’s more rare.

I’m chilling at Starbucks, I just zoomed in. It’s freaking off. Not sure if I should be upset or happy.

1) poor quality control
2) yah I got a crooked t stamp.

I’ll put a picture up when I figure out the new imgur mobile non app thing

I would send it back to Kelly.

She's in the same timezone, would you like me to have a word with her?

Personally, I do not think that a Patek with a flaw will add to the value unless there is a special story behind it or it is a very special watch.
So I would just go back to Patek and have it fixed

I probably won’t fix it. But I did highlight it to tiffanies... so they owe me a favor... I like to have things to hold over people.

;). Muah ha ha ha

not a postage stamp...you should have them re-do it, it is an amazing piece!

for the trouble, ask them to call over to a European salon and get you a hat!

Sorry, Ninja. To my eyes, that stamp is way crooked. If it was me, I would have never left the Tiffany Salon with it. It’s a simple matter of quality control. I’d take it back and make them correct their mistake. They should be grateful to be given an opportunity make the correction. I hope you get a sincere apology and maybe a loaner in the meantime (and maybe some PP swag).

Sorry to hear. I know I would be upset, something that is clearly badly done needs correcting. I wouldn’t wear the piece until it was fixed.

I like the T stamp, very esoteric. But I'd have them redo it asap. That level of sloppiness is unacceptable at that price level

Once you get it fixed it will be worth a small fortune in the far future. But if you leave it the connoisseurs who like wabi-sabi will pay extra for imperfections. So either way you will be rich in 30 years.

lol. Not for sale. So doesn’t matter I will probably keep it as a reminder that perfection is far from perfect. There is an entire culture that like girls with crooked teeth for example

Or you can have the comfort knowing that no two Patek pieces are the same...and you definitely have a piece unique. 1/1 in the world!
