Vintage 1601... they only say it's genuine Rolex case & genuine movement (recently serviced)

but there's no pic of insides nor case codes.

All the diamond bits & bezel added, possibly dial reworked, bracelet looks very factory-fresh (possibly not Swiss factory..?).
