Now that seller was booted and that listing taken down, yet here is the exact same listing again by a different seller, I say scam and goodbye!

I doubt it What we do here is look after only one facet of the world of the counterfeit watch, most of these people on eBay are trying to sell a fake they have either been given or purchased on Canal street eBay have rules set up thus the reporting system. 98% if the fake watches are sold on the side of streets in many capitol cities and via dedicated sites be it counterfeit sales or other forums that discuss the production of these fungi :-)
