Beware of seller edendiamonds!!

Bought a DateJust 41mm from edendiamonds (Eden Burko) on August 31th.

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=554904

Money was wire that same night and was told to pay $50 extra for overnight shipping. Wire clear September 1st but according to him wire clear September 2nd and he will have the watch shipped out that day. Watch was never shipped out. He text me September 3rd and made a excuse that he was in the hospital with family and everything was ok and that will text me the tracking number later. I called and called for the tracking number and never got an response. The watch arrived September 8th!!! No replys or text from the seller for 5days!!

Got the watch, box and warranty card but no booklets. I call him the day I got the watch and was told that he has the booklets and that he forgot to put it in the box and will ship it FedEx ASAP. It's now December 21th and I still don't have the booklets. He keeps telling me he shipped it FedEx. PROVE IT!! WHERE IS THE TRACKING NUMBER!!

It's been non stop lies from this kid. "Sorry I forgot, I promise I'll mail it out asap, all my messages has been sent to my new mac in IMessage, I left it in my glove compartment and forgot, I shipped it out already with FedEx and I will give text you the tracking number later"...blah blah blah blah blah!! He even text me a picture of the booklet after I told him I would leave a negative feedback and that was November 3rd!

I keep all my text correspondence with him since August 31th to prove it! Save the headache and stay away from this seller.

Let him know about this thread, and invite him to comment. That should get the issue sorted out fairly quickly.

If he promised booklets, you are entitled to get them

I couldn't get him to spell my name correctly or mail out a simple booklet let alone try to give me my $50 back. He knows about this thread but seem to not give a crap.

Was the booklets supposed to come with the watch?

I can't see it mentioned in his sales ad.

Looks like he doesn’t have the booklets. The ones in the picture are likely for another watch. Sorry to hear about this.

Curious as to why he charged an extra $50.00 when his ad states he will ship FedEx overnite?

it's not mention in his ad but I spoke to him over the phone before I made the purchase and was told it will come complete set with box and all papers.

post #9 on the ad: "$6000 + shipping label paid by buyer. Take this and run!"

Since he lower the price of the watch he wanted the buyer had to pay for shipping. When we talk over the phone about the shipping he told me that shipping will be $50 overnight.

I've never bought anything on TRF yet but spent a lot on Ebay and everytime any item is missing from the original listing, I get entitled for either return or reimbursement of that item. If he/she is not trying to fix the issue, then their handling of this matter is sloppy.

I don’t understand people who don’t stick to their word. Where is their integrity? And I mean over papers?? Why??

Sorry OP, I hope it works out for you.

I really hope there is a response coming. If he just ignores this post without any comment at all it's really going to be damaging to his reputation here, for me anyway.

Using wire Transfer??!

Once again this shows the importance of using pay pal or TRusted Seller.I have bought a number of pieces this way and yes received on 3 occasions watches that were not as represented- got a full refund. I also use AMX too which doubles my protection as I can send piece back and dispute the charge.I don’t care who the seller is- never Never Ever wire money ! Hope this might save someone from a similar mistake. I can assure you if this seller knew the op could send the piece back, he couldn’t send the promised books out soon enough or they would have been w the watch in the 1 st place.
