Is This Tudor Ranger Fake or Real?

It's the watch only no box, apparently it is from early 70's, the original caseback may have been replaced with another from a different year, maybe the experts can have a say here.

Dial and hands have been replaced, not sure about crystal.

Assuming the movement and all the parts are real, would this example still be in the 1600-1800 range?

No help on its authenticity, but I like it better than the modern day iteration.

Not Authentic;

The Tudor Ranger 34mm is supposed to be Reference 7995/0 with Caliber 2483.

I think the dial and Hands are Authentic but the case, Movement and Bracelet especially the Case Back that says “9050” is completely Incorrect.

There is some dispute about whether a Tudor ever made a Rose dialed Ranger.
That one doesn't look good to me at all.

So the movement is 100% fake? I'm surprised someone who's trying to fool me would send me a shot of it

It doesn't really matter. Tudor uses an inexpensive ETA movement. It doesn't mean the watch isn't a parts bin special. The Chinese also manufacture that type of movement quite legally for much cheaper than the Swiss. Pic isn't good enough to determine anything so if buying the seller isn't possible I'd walk.

That's what I'm thinking a parts bin special, seller says he picked it up as is and has a few feedback, but with that story you are right I can't really trust him to know what he bought
