116600 glide lock clasp issues?
Anyone else experience this issue with there glide-lock clasp. In that the spring lever that you pull up to open the clasp after opening the safety-clasp, is loose and not engaging the rest of the clasp arms.
I have a 1962 rivet 7206 and it’s still working fine. Any ideas? M |

Its broken - the sprung lever should not pivot past the outer clasp piece as yours has done.
It should look like this

Agree, looks broken so send to RSC to fix.

Turns out to have been a bent clasp spring bar pin. A new pin and all sorted.
Cheers, M |
