Double incoming: When Rolex is not enough... Joining The Grand Seiko Club!

I have to say:
Grand Seiko is very interesting brand.
Rolex used to be the one and only brand for me, but not anymore. After experiencing arrogant and strange behaviour from Rolex (all this R-Shortage and Rolex trying to control their customer’s property after purchase), I started to search for other brands. First Omega and now... Grand Seiko!
I still love Rolex-watches, but it is interesting that Grand Seiko is better in two things IMO:
The precision and the quality of dials&cases.
And one more:
Amazing customer service! No threats nor arrogant behaviour.
I planned to buy only one, but this great AD had another one aswell... I just couldn’t resist...
Outstaning quality, precision and the feeling. So comfortable to wear!
Never seen the dials like these....

Absolutely love that dial on the white GMT.

I have the same mindset as you do, this Rolex game is getting old. Although GS isn’t a brand I would have originally considered, it is starting to grow on me.

Totally agree, I’m still waiting for Rolex GMT and not sure if it will be on my wrist for Christmas. So now I find my self looking into GS and planning on getting one very soon

Beautiful & congrats. I have been wearing GS since 2012 ? All traded away now but on the hunt for one particular Limited GMT & as soon as I find it to add to the small existing collection.

That was same with me: GS wasn’t the brand that I originally considered. After watching video reviews (especially WatchBox Reviews with Tim) and once I saw one live; I was just blown away.... This is something huge and spectacular what’s happening now with GS-watches!! Handpolished beauties; like some kind of unique paintings. Certain LE-watches are so rare that very few on this planet that are lucky enough wearing them.

I can warmly recommend GS GMT! I’ve been wearing both (Rolex&GS). Both are very special, but there is something just a little bit more special in Grand Seiko. It has to be the finishing; Zaratsu-polishing and the precision. Can’t go wrong!!
