This just in!

DavidSW just sent me this Calibre de Cartier Chronograph. I have it pictured with my Polar Explorer that I bought from him 2 years ago. I have been very happy the Explorer after sending him my less than 12 month old Black SS Daytona that I wasn't happy with even after brushing the middle links. Always nice to get a new watch that you love and cash back.

This watch was purchased as a present for my brother. He currently has a classic yachtmaster he wears daily, pepsi gmt for the weekends and a black leather cellini with green face for formal affairs. I thought a white face chromo would be a fine fit. This watch wears much larger than 42mm. In the picture you can see that while both are 42mm it is much thicker. I love it. Just like the Explorer purchase I wasn't able to see either in person first. The watch is very light for the size and wears very comfortably. I love that Cartier stepped up and made an in house movement for this watch. I also love the "California Dial" with half Roman Numerals and the close sub dials. It is much lighter than the Yacht 2 if my memory serves me. This feels like a fine timepiece. I can't wait for my next purchase from David!
