Need help with Rolex 16750 searching

Hi Rolex members,

This is my first time post here as I usually just reading up the post from everyone. I can upon a very interesting Rolex 16750 and thinking if I should pull the trigger.

Can I get some comments from you all to see if this is worth getting? This will be my first Rolex :)

From this one pic the dial looks faded in spots and damaged but that could very well be the picture. If you're buying without having held this piece make sure you get some high resolution pics and post them here for a better evaluation.

There's not much we can say from one photo and no asking price. But if that's all the information you're going to provide, I don't see any obvious problems, and it looks nice enough. So if you like it and the price is good, then go ahead and pull the trigger.

No clue on if it's worth getting but everything looks correct for what it is.

I'm guessing the serial lands in the 1985-1986 range?

Sorry for the lack of info. The piece is costing about 11000 USD and the serial number is 8.9 millions.

I’m more concerns about the hands and dial, not sure if they are right. Also the case, how do I know that is not polished? Thanks you all for your inputs.

Just an update, I have decided to not go ahead with this and continue my search. Now looking at 16710 or 16700.
