Hello To The Board

Hello to the Board and thank you to the Administrators for my admission.

By way of introduction I live in Southern California and last year retired from a court services division in a neighboring county. While I had planned nearly 30 years ago to acquire what I’ve come to learn is a 16613, a home purchase, Harleys, marriage, along with other vices, have delayed acquiring a luxury watch.

No more.

With encouragement from the Loving Bride I’ve committed to getting one of those babies and will next month ask a local jeweler with whom we’ve done business and to whom I’ve spoken about the matter to begin a search for that item.

During my short time here as a "reader" I’ve learned much and thank each of you for your insights, opinions, information and entertainment. I hope to prove able to add something to your forum and, when able, will provide pictures of some of my mutts.

Thank you for the greetings and welcomes. I note you maintain a forum pertaining to fountain pens. This is very epic as I've been a long-time fountain pen nerd to the point of listening to fountain pen podcasts, sending off pens for nib work and attending a pen show in the Los Angeles area.

I think I'm going to like it here and again thank all of you for your posts, pictures, information and the Administrators for admission.

Welcome to TRF Robert.

The 11613 is a favourite of mine and a great choice.

And yes, we like pens.
