last information before ( probably proceed ) to the purchase.

Hello all,

I have contacted a boutique in Milan for giving me a good price " reason " to make my decision for the PAM 422.
They offered me instead of 9300 Ä the price of 8.800 Ä plus a strap.

Honestly, i wanted something better that is why i started looking for a new one in Chrono24 site and found a brand new for 6.700 Ä.
Here i want your advice...
The dealer seems really known with many good reviews and he instantly replies to me.
Though i can not justify this big difference in the price, can someone tell me if the watches in that site are original or not used and polished with new straps and finally if it worth to buy from there.

Once more thank you all for the advice you will give me.

The advice we see on TRF and other places is buy the seller. I would do my due diligence and research the seller and ask all of the questions of them that will satisfy you one way or another. The 422 is a great model and is in my modest three watch Panerai collection. The strap game with the 422 is strong and the watch lends itself to all types of straps. If buying new you will lose 30-50% of the msrp value right out of the gate but this will not matter as much if the watch is a keeper. There is enough money to be saved to research the NIB/Pre-owned route. In the end if you can not get what you want then I would find an AD as opposed to a Boutique and they will discount more. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

If you're not 100% comfortable with the seller then don't do it. Sometimes paying a higher price is worth it for the peace of mind it gives.

Sure if there is an authorized dealer in Milan why not. I agree with you.
