Seamaster 300m Gold two tone

Greetings:

Joined the forum earlier this year. Really enjoy it. This is my first post. The new Seamaster 300m has really piqued my interest. However, the gold two tone is the one that has caught my eye. I have seen a few pictures on the forum. I wear a suit everyday to work and think the gold two tone would really pop in a suit.

For those with two tone Seamaster 300ms, would you be kind enough to share your views on the watch?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Geo.

If you mean the 300 with wave dial,
I have this piece. I wasn't sure if I was ready to move to any form of gold, but am glad I took the leap.

The new style waves are really what distinguishes this watch from others, same as the helium escape valve, and Bond bracelet. I've had every iteration of this 300, since the 90's, so it's not hard for me to appreciate this design.

Unlike most two tones, the gold on the Seamaster has a brushed finish around the ceragold bezel, and the bracelet (if you're going with the bracelet over the strap), is predominantly brushed, with the exception of the gold accents.

It's relatively thin and hugs the wrist, has a legible dial, with domed crsytal, nice big and easy to operate crown, and the bezel is a thing of beauty, both visually as well as in how it operates.

Mine is very accurate. Bracelet fit is perfect, even without adjusting the adjustable clasp, as you have two half links as well. The bracelet end links do not protrude outward, making it drape my wrist perfectly.

Can't say enough positive about it. Yellow or sedna, both a nice. I went with the more traditional yellow gold. For comfort, keep in mind that the gold adds a little more weight, but it is still a well balanced watch.

I'm also in a suit a lot, but this watch dresses down nicely. It still looks sporty and classy to my eyes. It can literally do anything.

For two tone divers, this one is quite a bargain compared to what you get from other brands. A great package with the latest technology and fine materials.

Thank you so much for your thorough response. Your watch is exactly the model I have been eyeing. The fact that you wear it with suits too is great as that is my uniform as well. Thanks again for taking the time to respond. I appreciate it. Have a great weekend.

I have the rose gold version and absolutely love it on the rubber; every watch I have is normally on bracelet. I am starting to get used to leather and rubber straps, must be growing up.

Its a very stealth watch and not overly in your face, I have a few other TT watches and they can be quite loud, this I feel is very much under the radar.

I wear it with suits and it goes well with formal mess attire as well as looking great in mufti dress. If I need a bracelet I intend to use the one from my SS 300; so far I have not needed to or felt the urge.

Its a gorgeous watch and I spend a lot of time staring at it on my wrist. My wife loves it and git it for me which is great news also.

Your rose gold watch is beautiful. With the blue it really pops. What an awesome gift from your wife. Thanks for posting.

I’m surprised at how great the tt looks on rubber. Very very sleek.

Both of these watches are beautiful. I myself had a Rolex bluesy, which I loved and still love in pictures, but on the wrist, it just seemed too flashy

These tt omegas look great and a little more subtle

Exactly, I think these models look a little more understated yet still gorgeous.

In two-tone, I like the black one better going by the photos.

For the first time I'm not sure what I would have bought. However, when in doubt; blue and gold is always a winner. :)

Maybe solid gold since buying TT often makes one crave for solid gold after owning a TT for some time.

First time in the Omega forum and I specifically came here to read about this piece. I tried one on at the Omega Boutique recently. Loved it.

I am seriously considering buying one.

Well, I just accidentally picked one up...was looking for a couple gifts for my mom and wife, and there it was staring at me. Took me by surprise.

I tried on both the rubber strap and bracelet and went with the strap. Just looks amazing...got the yellow gold version, and I thought yellow gold was really not for me.

Iíd have to say itís quite the bargain and really puts a smile on my face.

Hereís a couple pics, one with my other two tone.

I think they are great looking. Prefer on the strap to the bracelet and a lot cheaper too!

The TT GMT-C has so much wrist presence, but it absolutely disappears next to your beautiful SMP!!!
