From the interviews I've watched, Ming Thein stated that he wanted to enter the market at two price categories - one affordable (starting with the roughly CHF 800 17.01) and one where they could be more bold with their ideas (starting with the roughly CHF 7000 19.01).

The 17.02 does not exist, as far as I know. And the 17.03 was announced in early 2018, whereas the 19.01 was announced in late 2017.
