Speedmaster Moonphase 3875.30 - some guidance needed
Hi dear community
I need some guidance and I hope that it won’t break rules here I have the following piece since 2003, I’m the first owner It’s a beautiful piece imho, but I wore so little that really, I don’t remember the last time I did So, I’m wondering now to sell it or not. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a reference for its market value. Is there any idea to help me out? Best |

Look up the piece on Chrono24 or watchfinder to get an idea of the market value.

Hello, I am not sure of the value and whether you should sell or hold but I have to say that is a truly beautiful watch. Do you have any idea of the size of the watch? I have read 36mm and also 39.5mm. Thank you for sharing and good luck whatever you decide.

Found this on another forum...hope it helps!
According to Wristwatch Annual 2003, there is a Speedy Moon Phase in stainless steel, cal. 1866 (manual winding), with sapphire crystal and reptile skin strap (reference number 3875.30.31). It goes for $4,995. |

If I were out browsing watches for sale on the popular forums, I guess I wouldn't be surprised to find your watch offered in the $4k - $5k (USD) range. Just my gut feel, and not based on any actual browsing for this actual watch.
If you're not sure whether to sell it, then don't. |

In fact, I had to browse thousands of Speedmaster at Chrono24, or so it appeared to me. Either the reference were not displayed or wrongly put. Fact is I could find none same as mine, just one with bracelet and 5 more with different blue indexes, which is 3575 ref. I was surprised this watch was so difficult to find, also got just a couple in Europe and one in Singapore. There’s no market value that could be ascertained from such a little sample. Best |

I agree that would be a good bet, given so little numbers are available for sell I thought that it would be much more and therefore easier to get the mkt price. Starting to think if the watch is rare as it appears to be Best |

Watch is quite rare as Omega doesn't even make a 42mm Speedmaster moon phase in SS anymore even though it's still on the website.
