Just a regular Friday in Sweden>>>>>

Started at 6:15 with a cup of coffee for breakfast and since the buffet is cooked for lunch you do not want to ruin any space in the stomach with oatmeal porridge or the like.

So I work on a little during the morning and load for lunch which today consisted of pork noisette, fish & chips with bea.

When this landed it was time to seal it with an apple pie & plenty of custard sauce.

After finishing work, a short stop at the bakery to get something for the afternoon coffee.

Then the evening ends with the usual Friday night from McDonalds.

Do I need to add that I will now sleep well.

Jocke, how do you survive until lunch on just a coffee?
I have the oatmeal loaded with full-cream milk, fruit, nuts and honey at 7.30 am and then go for an hour power-walk.
I have Espresso and cake at 10.00 am and then lunch at midday - something full of protein - never anything else before early dinner at 5.00pm and then nothing more until breakfast the next day.
Breakfast is important to get me off the mark.
