It looks like a Cartier Tank with a step case.

Not exactly the same (notice where the band meets the case), but very similar:

Piaget also made some step case watches.

This one looks more like the one from the picture you posted, but it doesn't have the sapphire cabochon (a dead giveaway for a Cartier):
