Speedy Tuesday braclet fitting

I finally tracked down a Speedy Tuesday and it should arrive shortly. Will the bracelet from the current Speedmaster Pro Moonwatch properly fit the Speedy Tuesday with no issues or modifications? Thanks!

Yes, the reference for the modern Speedmaster bracelet is 1958/957

Thought it'd be better to revive this thread than to make a new one. When one purchases a current speedy pro bracelet, does it come with spring bars? If not, are the spring bars which come standard on the ST1 with the strap the same used for the bracelet (1958/957)?

Additionally, is the bracelet which comes on the Tokyo speedmasters equipped with micro adjustment in the clasp? I ask because the clasp seems to be different from the one on the speedy pro (There is a big "Omega" engraved, instead of the words "Omega Speedmaster Professional").

This is a good question. I added a racing bracelet for my Ultraman and it did not come with spring bars. The spring bars on UM / leather did NOT work with the bracelet. The omega boutique has them and remedied free of charge although I added the bracelet from an AD.

No comment clasp Japan as don’t know

When you say racing bracelet, are you referring to the 1958/957?

Thanks! I'm having a little trouble determining exactly what the latest bracelet's reference is.

Here is a post I came by on another fórum that helps shed further light on the matter:

"3 choices for the modern "correct" bracelet:

020ST1958-957 (original clasp)
020STZ004193 (new clasp)
020ST1998-849

These numbers are sometimes written a little differently e.g. 1958/957 for the first one..."

Credit to Ken G, over at https://www.google.com/amp/s/forums....3.html%3famp=1.

Hopefully this can help anyone who is scratching their heads like I was, along with the valuable info already shared here by ap1.

The springs bars that come with Speedy Tuesdays do not fit the bracelet. They are designed differently to accommodate a fabric strap. If you get a bracelet for your ST, you will need appropriate spring bars for the bracelet. Any AD or boutique will take care of you.
