That is not a fake Submariner. Do you see the words Rolex or Submariner on the dial? I'm absolutely getting sick of you people trolling all over TRF.

how is it trolling to make a point that it the exact same design as a sub and emulating it in every way except for having the name sub on it.

and then go on to say I dont understand the concept because its quite expensive for what it is.

have you checked the prices?

probably not you have just overreacted at an innoculous comment.

if you had you would see it costs $1600ish for which you could get a second hand smp automatic.

its a public forum and not everyone will post stuff you dont agree on no need to cry about it just dont read it.

if you cant deal with varied opinion perhaps you should go and live in a country where free thought is censored.

personally I am sick of people like you who scream and shout because someone doesnt agree with the common herd.

seen it before on other forums and its quite boring.

"someone doesnt like the same thing as me therefore they are hating/trolling"

perhaps you should look up the concept of a fake item as you quite obviously dont get it.

granted it doesnt say Rolex but the whole line rips off Rolex and other brands designs.

btw its not my intention to argue with someone I wont ever meet.

I just think you are overreacting a bit at what was a harmless comment.

A diatribe of rubbish!!

So here's something 'boring' for you, if you care to read further....

It's a homage, the price, style and particulars of the watch are irrelevant. In no way does this piece fall under any proclamations of a fake watch!!
Granted, it's based upon a Submariner, but the consumer has in no way been thwarted of a clueless purchase....
They have decided to buy what was to their liking, and perhaps, their comfort level of purchase and admiration of the original!!

Your comment was to simply cut down not only the watch, but the owner.
This type of ludicrous posting is plain and blatant ignorance.

How about staying constructive, and not posting idiocy comments which place others on a back-wards step after being dealt a rude comment...

Think first, post later!

Did I say they had been clueless I don't believe I did you have just made that up.

Agreed but because they like it doesnt mean I have to.

If you want to get upset because I do not like it then its up to you.

I personally couldn't care less if people don't like what I wear.

You wont ever meet me so you shouldn't be that concerned with my taste in watches.

Your comment was to simply cut down not only the watch, but the owner.

It wasn't but think what you want.

If I did want to do that I could have just said

"Thats a piece of crap and your an idiot for buying"

But of course I didn't.

How about staying constructive, and not posting idiocy comments which place others on a back-wards step after being dealt a rude comment...

So lets get this straight you think I have been rude because you have misunderstood the point of what I am saying.

So you are even more rude to me and fling petty insults none of which I have done.

Think first, post later!
How about practicing what you preach :)

If you and the other poster want to argue on line good for the both of you but I personally cant be bothered as its quite boring and childish.

I wont say anything more on the matter as its clear you both just want to argue and be petty.

What's boring is not only your ignorance, but your clearly clueless stance!

It's one thing to have a differing of opinion, and another to know how to clearly portray a neutral opposite of taste...

Good luck on your next fora, as this one's not for you!!

Great job Adam and Rob!

With that being said, please allow me to put this thread back on track and congratulate the OP for this watch, I must say I find it quite beautiful myself!

Oh my god! What worrying about my watch!!!

Let´s explain some things. I am 30 and the owner of two Rolex tiemepieces (16622 & 114200).

Now I was searching a tough daily rocker which doesn´t cost more than 500€ because I am working in the mechanic business and a rolex is to good to rock them in the job.

So I found the MarcelloC Hommage. MarcelloC is a small selfmade watch manufacturer in Germany.

http://www.marcelloc.de/en/marcello-c.html
http://www.marcelloc.de/en/marcello-...l-watches.html

Watch data:
Case: Solid stainless steel case, brushed and polished
Crown: screwdown
Crystal: Sapphire crystal
Caseback: Screwdown steel or sapphire crystal caseback
Bracelet: Solid stainless steel bracelet with deployant buckle,
screwed links, diver extension, solid end links
Waterresistant: Till 300 m
Specials: Unidirectional rotating bezel, luminous hands and markers (Superluminova)
Ø 40 mm, H 13 mm
Caliber: ETA 2824-2

The regular price for the Nettuno3 is round about 600€. I found my watch in the marketplace of a german tiemepiece board for 280€ including shipping. So I bought this nearly brand new watch.

I wear it since one week and it is perfect for my needs. It shouldn´t be a fake or replacement to bluff other people. It is a really solid watch with a really good price-performance ratio from my point of view.

That´s my story! :-)

Hope you can follow my bad english explanations?

OP you don't need to justify the reasons you purchased this watch. Don't allow certain idiots to spoil the joy. We have great mods that deal with these types.

Congrats and enjoy
