Wear it all the time except for if I’m in the gym as I sometimes bang my arm on the treadmill.

I usually put a watch on only when I'm going out. If I'm travelling and overnighting, the watch stays on 24/7.

Not during exercise, shower, swimming or sleeping. For those times I use SmartWatch.

I wear mine 24/7 except gym (take a seiko beater) and shower. I haven't been in a sauna for awhile but boy, thats sounds like a great idea.

I don't wear my Rolex when I'm sleeping.

I don't wear my Rolex at work (manual job) - I have a G-Shock for that

Not for showering or sleeping. I also take it off if I am doing something that will cause it to get damaged (the common sense test).

I started wearing my watch all the time now and noticed it keeps better time. it only took me 17 and a 1/2 years to learn that fact. I have a K series sea dweller

With "stay at home" in place here in SoCal, I've started to jog in my neighborhood for exercise and have ramped up to jogging almost 12 miles per week.

Anyone jog with their Rolex on? I use a Samsung Watch to measure my runs but was thinking of wearing my Explorer II as well. Will the constant arm movement while running affect the watch? Curious...
