Hudson Yard opens at noon today, NYC

Anyone in NYC who is planning on going to the opening of the shops and restaurants please give us a report. Their advertisement says there is a watch store carrying Patek and Rolex.

Its all presold at WoS. And no i didnt buy one. No AP there tho.

WoS is making a big push in the US. Going to IPO. So a few more stores likely soon, NJ MA and whereever else.

Forgot to remind people WoS keeps the papers for Patek at least for the warrantee perioed

Was thinking of checking it out after work. I really like the Soho store.

I’d like to get back to the city to see how Hudson yard turned out. They were planning it when my sister lived at ohm on 30th and 11th. It was pretty much barren out there back then. Tried to call it “west Chelsea” haha

I went to the opening last night. No idea why they need another WoS but I guess every brand wants a presence in this giant mall. They had more steel sports models than usual, but nothing I would consider in high demand.

My bio clearly states I am "on the run"

I can't stay put too long or the feds will catch up.

(I better disclaim this is a joke seeing as we have snitches among us)

I’ll be stopping by tomorrow. Will let you all know how it is. I was just walking the high line last week and the area still looks incomplete. It’ll probably be another year or two until it’s all finished.

Slim. Saw a couple world timers and gondolas. Asked about a 5170p but apparently sold out. I did try on a platinum DD40 because I’m obsessed but can’t get myself to pull the trigger yet....

Stopped by this afternoon, took advantage of the free Champaign. Lots of DDs, DJs and OPs, a Smurf and yellow gold GMT. Also had rhodium YM and black dial EXPII.

Store was packed, didn’t bother trying to speak to an SA.

was there as well this afternoon, really nice addition to the West Side. I asked the sales person about a 5711 Rose ... he said "that one is a unicorn"

Funny but so true.

i wasn't too impressed with WoS when they opened the SoHo store last year.

there's no incentive for me to buy anything from WoS

Scorsese's (actually,, probably Nick Pilegee) words to live by.

Sorry about the spelling - I could get clipped for that disrespect.
