Questions about Rolex Cosmograph Daytona??

I inherited a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona from my family. I've done some research on the watch on Google but I'm comin up short in a few categories. Here are some pics below

1. Authenticity
2. Year the watch was made
3. The Rolex engraving on the back of the case back.

Take it to a jeweler who sells Rolex watches and ask them if it’s real. To my eyes, that’s not a watch Rolex produced.

Sorry.

Welcome to the Forum! This watch does not look authentic.

What family member gave it to you? What did they tell you about it? Were they sober when they gave it to you?

If inheriting a Daytona, there is usually no confusion as to it's authenticity because it's such a high value item. If no one cares about this watch and you've received it with no explanation or care it's almost certainly not authentic. I have not looked at your image though as it does not appear to be attached correctly to the post. Cheers!

The watch is sadly a rather crude copy of a 80s/90s Rolex reference 16520

Welcome to the forum but I am not opening an unknown random zip file. Surprised the forum software allowed that to be posted?

Grandpa snatched the win from Paul Newman himself.
