I really miss Marcello Pisani.
in the vintage forum, Mike Wood, Jedly & haywood milton are some OG collectors that I always love seeing pop up. Erpins got some wild finds. I like posts by people who have names of animals, drive Bentleys and white Lamborghinis, people who fly fighter jets, and do ski patrol, I like posts by people who build little ships, to hairy wooks. Theres plenty of interesting people here, hard to scratch the surface really. I just think its a great place to hang out/has a good dynamic. |

Ditto!! Plus Bas, of course, another extremely valuable resource.
Lately I'm really liking Paul's posts on his electric clocks collection and giveaways and all the threads about the 32XX movements fiasco (kudos to the man I'm quoting right now for this, obviously). |

Marcello helped me with a vintage purchase many years ago. He took the time to chat with me (off forum) and answer all my questions and then some … He was a lovely man. |

I’ve enjoyed the posts of almost everyone in this thread. I appreciate the humor, the cars, and the willingness of members to explain topics I may not understand.
And in a warped sense, I always actually enjoyed the posts of the dude who collected Nikon cameras he never used, expensive lenses in boxes, and $20K bicycle wheels. |

I enjoy so many people on here that it would be impossible to name them without forgetting some, I will say that there are also a lot of members here who keep in touch on a regular basis by DM to see how I am and to keep my spirits up, some who have shown exceptional kindness, honestly they really help.
There are some members who I have disagreed with on occasion, I still enjoy them as well, I am not the best when it comes to the written (typed) word, and I sometimes come over harsh and direct, it's very often not the way I intend, without my smile, facial expressions, tone of voice and my hand waving I can seem confrontational, it's not who I am. TBH, I enjoy everyone here but have my favourites who I look out for, I won't name them for fear of missing someone, but, you know who you are. Thank you all.

Anyone who makes a positive contribution to TRF, and there are many, including [or maybe especially] Stevo & the mods, make this an enjoyable hang. dP

So it's better to burnout than fade away.

Which forum members’ post do you like reading?
I enjoy everyone whose been around. I don’t have a lot of time to peruse these hallowed servers that much due to my young family and commitments, but I have shockingly been a member here for about 11yrs now I think. So, when I jump on and read the words of some of these people I’ve never even met, I get a feeling of consistency/continuity which I dig. This place is the Cheers of my online world.

superdog and 7sins are two of my favorites, although there are many I enjoy reading from. Those particular 2 though seem to always contribute positively, meaningfully, often educationally, and they include a lot of cool photos to go along with the text, which makes their posts that much more interesting.
Chewbacca also makes me laugh a lot. |

I always found engaging content in Luke Rottman's posts, just not in the way he might have wished.

There is a wealth of knowledge here on the forum. I like posts from members that are well articulated and educational. Unfortunately, I can't contribute to those discussions
