Help with identifying Rolex GMT vs clasp period

Dear Rolex masters,
I need your help in a dilemma I’m having. I’m actually shortlisted two watches after long hunting for GMT but this is not end yet. Both watches seems legit (have not see it personally) but only thing of concern is the period of watch VS clasp.

Both Clasp having T11 which means 1995 November period.

However, the watches I’ve shortlisted is having following period:
Specimen 1: coke starts with W (which is 1995 period)
- paper dated May 1995

Specimen 2: Pepsi
Serial number starts with S (which is 1993 period)
-paper dated Jan 1995

As you can see, the clasp period for both are later than what is dated on paper

Question:
1. Is it possible to have clasp dated later than what is on the paper?
2. OR this is an indication that it is a replaced bracelets?

Charts for dating watches are not absolutes, they always overlap.

An S serial may be first seen in 1993, then gets put on a chart by enthusiasts. The S serials are still then manufactured for the next 3 or 4 years, right alongside the next W serials.

Case serials and clasp codes are considered matching if they are within a couple of years.

I've never heard of a VS clasp code. Maybe it is V5.

V clasp dates it to 1996.

I think "Rolex GMT vs clasp" in the title and "period of watch VS clasp" in the text means watch versus clasp.

Later in the post the OP says both clasps are stamped T11.
