Daytona "Winner's Watch" - 24H LeMans und 24H Daytona

Not found any threads to, so sorry if it is a duplicate.

Are there any "Drivers Winners Watches" on the market? I searched a lot but never found one for sale. How are the prices estimated?

Is there any data, results etc.? Does any of you have one? Since how long Rolex is giving in Le Mans and Daytona the watches? 1991 is this correct?

In Le Mans at the 24H race at the exhibiting Rolex dealer (by the way, every year another French dealer who gets the store) I asked if they engrave my Daytona with the 24H logo, he just smiled ;-)

I'm curious, thanks for replays

Yeah starting last year switch to TT. Easier to source than SS! LOL
Thanks for posting these images. I was unable to find any good pics of the watch from the Rolex 24 2 months ago.

Yes, it is, they do a good Job in Marketing with the Daytona and Le Mans Sponsoring.

The Winners Watches are really hard to get.

I was really happy to see them use a TT variant this year. The TT Daytona’s don’t get enough ‘love’ IMO....

Think it was the second year they give the TT. In Le Mans it was the Steel last year, this year we will see.

One of the workers in my local Home Depot has one after winning the Daytona. He won it years and years ago back when the race wasn't particularly mainstream as it is today. By the looks of the watch you can tell it's been worn and nowhere near babied.

Daytona "Winner's Watch" - 24H LeMans und 24H Daytona

None on the market at the moment except a link from a January thread about a 2005 winners watch at Bobs Watches.

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=580937

It raises some eyebrows because it was a series winners watch vs. a specific Rolex24 winners watch.

I believe the sale listing at Bob’s Watches is actually a series winners watch - not a Rolex24 winners watch. Thinking it’s Craig Stanton’s watch who won the Grand-Am Rolex Series championship in 2005 in the GT class. But it could have been on its second or third owner by now. My radar says the 2005 Rolex 24 winners watch was a SS 16520 - the series champs got TT’s after the Mexico City 250 race wrapped up the season in November.

An acquaintance put his Rolex24 up on eBay a few years back for a while. The auction was a valuation tracker to set a fair price to charge one of his friends. The funds were destined to invest in a restaurant. It went for a shade over Bob’s asking price.

Now if you’re desperately seeking one and budget is not an issue, call Scott...

He’s got a bunch!

The provenance alone being from Scott Pruetts collection would make any one of his watches a good $150,000+ each. One of the winningest sports car drivers in the world over a 50 year career.

You must be including his karting at 8 years old

But I do agree he’s one of the most talented sports car racers I’ve seen. And that talent includes signing up with teams that have the resources to win.
