I collected these over the past 12 months...

Other than the far right Guess brand watch which was my first ever, I acquired these in the last 12 months. I feel it’s a reasonable collection for an average guy. Rolex aside, I love the Seiko divers for my daily or work watches.

Hope you all like these as much as I do.

I have my Seiko Diver 7002-7039 I saved lawn mowing money to buy back in like 1993. I haven’t done a thing to it and it still runs fine. I have a Sub Date and will soon add a Speedmaster to the mix. That is all I will ever have more than likely.

I have owned many different luxury watches, but for weekends, my Seiko SKX009 is great! It doesn't hack or hand wind.....what's not to love?

Ya, I really like the 009. I have the new Seiko 5 with pepsi colours but it's not the same as the SKX's...

I had an SKX 007J that I nodded with a Saphire crystal and ceramic bezel before I got the Sub. I really liked the watch but found it top heavy.

Awesome collection

Nice collection.

It's not a race though, you won't win any medal by buying a lot of watches in a short amount of time.

Take you time, enjoy what you have.

I don’t know the watch box name but it is very nice. Was about $170 Canadian. I bought this in Australia at a jewelry store called “Wallace Bishop”. I’ll see if I can find the link to them.

The website is the store name with a dot com dot au

(not enough posts for URLs yet)

Wallace Bishop are like the Walmart of jewelers here in Australia (along with Prouds and a few others). It is all buy off the shelf items. They also do gifts and and jewelry boxes etc.

Yes! I’m not sure they are on the website but I have one and so does the Lady. Hers is a square one. They are nice and the pillows pinch between the sides just enough to have the watch float.

So true but it happened fast. I’m going to sell off the Blue DJ41 soon I think.

Nice collection. Did you send any of your Seiko's out for mods?

I haven't done that yet. Apparently it's not all that expensive and there is a good watchmaker in my City that does this. I was thinking of doing the batman style bezel and a sapphire glass replacement.

I wear one Seiko on a Belhamel strap for work. I am actually interested in seeing how long it will last... maybe the next 20 years!

I like that Seiko. Question: Do you like the rubber strap on your Seiko over the bracelet?

I actually like the SKX line, over the new Seiko 5 models. Question, are both the SKX a J or K version? Nice collection though.

I bought myself and the lady the Seiko 5 Pepsi. She loves it and I got her into NATO straps. I’m not a fan of the new model but I like that you can hand wind and hack it.

Both are K models. I got them for about $250 Canadian each. I may mod one in the future for fun.

Very nice collection. Dress and diving covered. I consider the DJ dress, although sporty.

Seiko's are like Dubstep, it never dies.
I am tempted to buy one and mod it. I have so many other watches that I dont wear. I'm basically down to 3 everyday watches. My G Shock and my Sub.

I think it's called a ZULU actually... It's one of my favs for sure... I am pretty happy with everything I have (and humble) but the SubC is a dream for me.
