Vintage 4112 Cellini

Good morning,

I was just browsing the internet and found a white gold Cellini for sale. No box, no papers, but it looks pretty nice. However, the case back shows the following engravings;

A) the gold hallmarks;
B) the model number "4112";
C) the serial number;
D) and additional to the hallmarks, the engravement "18K"

I do not know from which year this watch is, however I do not recall ever seeing a Rolex with, apart from gold hallmarks, any engravings on the case back.

Does anybody have any advice on this subject?
