Would you flip a Rolex 216570 polar for a Pan 392?
I have a Rolex Explorer 2 polar I'm thinking about for flipping for a Pan 392. Thoughts?

Since you have 3 Rolex and 0 Panerai, yes, I would. But if it's the only Rolex, I won't. The 216570 is more versatile to use at any occasion. 392 is too thick

Yes I would, but 392 is a bit small for my taste. Have you looked into a 312?

Yes I would. The 392 is a good mix with Rolex and Panerai did it right in making it a 42mm. My 2c.

I have a 16610 sub and a 116710 BLNR. I had a 312 but I couldn't get used to how big it was when switching back and forth between my Rolexes. I prefer the in house movement and sandwich dial.

Only you can answer this question. Does your 216570 polar get wrist time? Do you enjoy wearing it? My own opinion is I would keep it if it had a steady place in my rotation, I am partial to the 216570 though.

Based on what you have, for sure.
Now a black 216570? Probably not... |
