1803 Day Date Bracelet Question

Hi,
I am considering an 1803 day date originally purchased in Mexico. My only question, is regarding the inside of the clasp. I have seen most have a patented and registered next to the large centered logo. This band only has the centered logo and nothing else. Is this correct or not authentic? Really appreciate the insight. I will attach pictures later when I can reformat them. Thank you!
