Had my 1675/3 serviced by Phillip Ridley. It did pass the pressure test but I have no intention of swimming with it. I have a Seiko quartz dive watch for that. Some on TRF would call a $20k Rolex a beater but I am not one of them.

If my choices were leaving my $20k vintage Rolex with my gear (beach/boat/someone else/hotel) while in the ocean, or wearing it in the ocean....neither, I’ll keep my watch on my wrist, stay with the gear and an adult beverage.
