Lovely wetland image.

It's too bad that in most places where we have sewer mains or properly planned septic/leaching fields we miss these spring like scenes.
I am sure you would agree it is well worth the odour!

By the way that Santa effigy is well within the 100 foot buffer zone. You'll have to get a variance permit or move it.
