AP 2021 Release Rumors

Hi everyone,

Just heard few rumors about AP releasing new models such as:

- Jumbo ultrathin 15202BC Green
- Royal Oak Offshore 43mm
- New tapisserie on Royal Oak line up

Anyone else heard about those?

I have not heard about any new Jumbo, but have info that there will be a new yellow gold ROC with green dial and rose gold ROC with blue dial (both featuring the new in-house chrono movement).

Also have confirmation on new 43mm Offshores but I haven't heard anything specific about them such as dial variations or metals.

There were rumors about a press release this week...But so far, it's been crickets!!

Offshore in 40mm would be perfection. Not sure what 43mm accomplishes.

Wasn't the 43mm ROO rumor about an updated diver?

Yes on 43mm ROO + some vague hints on something happening on the RO side. Hoping for a new black ceramic ROO.

So the 43mm merges ROO 42 and 44mm line into one size ROO watch?

It will be for sure 44mm style pushers but then I don't know why produce whole new case for just 1mm...

43mm new Diver line is something more logical...

Would love to see a true 39-40mm on the off-shore. 43mm seems like a waste of time.

I actually think a 43mm ROO could be a winner. The 42mm 26480ti wears beautifully, but the dial appears a bit crowded.

I think the new casing of 43mm is to accommodate the new in-house movement.
Considering even the base RO utilizing the non-chronograph in-house movement is already 41mm.
You can really see the movement is taking up more proportion of the case through the case back view.

So annoying that there isn’t a smaller ROO.

So I messaged my SA asking if there’s a smaller ROO coming - “that would make me as happy as you” is what she has to say

They can have my money for a smaller ROO and w/out those rubber pushers

Most of the brands will be at the W&W online watch show from 7 to 13th April... AP is one of the few brands that doesn't participate so I think it will present novelities a little bit before that date...

I was asked not to say anything but since it’s out there, that’s exactly what I was told too.

Is there any word on whether or not the 43mm is replacing either (or both) the 42mm and 44mm?

Yes, heard about the Green Jumbo as well.. so that seems likely then. I wonder if the prices stay the same?
