Just saw this announced in Hodinkee and pulled the trigger. Looks great online. Will post pics once it arrives!

Ordered mine this morning too! Fell in love with that tealish green color.

BTW, since you're in California too, were you surprised about having to pay sales tax too? I figured they were operating out of NYC so it would only be NYC people paying the sales tax, oh well.

That's awesome, I hope that Hodinkee will let me put an EOI to be put on the list of people interested in one day buying one.

Yes, was frustrated by that...I heard from recent Rolex AD in CA that they now have to collect sales tax even if the watch is shipping out of state.

How do these feel in person? I was planning on getting the orange LE Bulova devil diver but the strap and bezel felt pretty cheap to me. Acceptable in their $800 non le versions but not so much for the $1500 orange one. These look pretty neat, but haven't handled one in person.

I thought it was called the AquaFresh. :)

Let’s see if it follows the path of the Gulf variant.

This is due to the Wayfair ruling going into effect across the board as of last month or so IIRC.

Just received mine in the mail. Really pops in real life:

Apparently some earlier ones had issues withe GMT hand alignment. No issues on this one (Ignore the date, it snaps right at midnight so it was about to snap over:

Mine came yesterday...I’m looking forward to sizing it when I’ve got time and getting it on the wrist. I dig it in the metal.

Thank you for supplying those pics. Giving me ideas on future straps for sure.
This has been one of those watches that just oozes fun vibes.
Didn't get a chance to stop by my watchmaker today to get the bracelet sized, so threw it on this gray suede for now:

If anyone who bought this doesn’t bond with it, please send me a message. I’m interested.

Like the strap. I'm also thinking it would look cool on a distressed black leather strap with blue stitching. Btw, good call taking the bracelet to your watchmaker. I struggled with it today...finally got two links off but think I bent on of the pins in the process. Instruction manual said that one side of the link is supposed to flip out and then pin slides out easily, but my bracelet has pins you have to push through. Wonder if it's a different bracelet than the original aerospace one?

Yea I read about how hard the pins are too take out and put up a fight. I think the manual is for a different bracelet they offer.

How's the bezel action and overall feel of the watch? I get it's not a super expensive watch but I've yet to handle one in person. I was all set to get a longines diver until I came in the store to try it on.

The bezel action is really nice actually. Its a 24 click, and the detent is deep/strong, but smooth once you disengage the detent.
