TRF only works on WiFi - not Mobile Data. Why?

I can connect to TRF via wifi at home or work - but never when only Mobile Data (eg. ATT, Cricket, Verizon etc.)

Anyone know why that could be?

Thanks

You need to pay your cell bill.

I also haven't had any issues using data and I have AT&T as my carrier.

Do you use a VPN on your phone? If so, maybe that could have something to do with it.

If you use tapatalk, you might have to let that app access cellular data.

Check your settings. The one that’s set for cellular data for browsing.

My best guess…

Mine does the same thing. Won’t connect when not in WiFi. I’m gonna try erasing the app and reinstalling

On the iPhones you can find a switch in the app's settings (@Settings, find the app). If this setting is "off" then the app will act exactly as it was formerly described.

Didn't see it mentioned above, but 2FA settings impact working on mobile. The site seems to look at your last known IP address and if it has changed then it will prompt for the 2FA code again. But tapatalk is too stupid to recognize this, so you have to pull up the site in something like chrome where it will redirect you to a page asking for the code. Then you can go back to tapatalk and things will work again.
